Problem Summary
The audience is undergraduate college students ages eighteen through twenty-two. They live in or go to school in the Milwaukee area. College students are busy studying, working, and trying to make friends. There is so much to be stressed out about, and it can take over their physical and mental health. If we do not deal with stress there are so many side effects. Many people don’t go to the gym because of their schedules, but also because some don’t know what to do at the gym. They don’t know workouts or what they should or shouldn’t be doing. We will communicate with them through an app to show what Milwaukee has to offer. Some students were involved in sports during high school but can not give the same time commitment to play a college sport. Many also were in a sport mainly because they enjoyed it. Coming to a new city is difficult and they are doing their best by focusing on being a student. Many young adults are taking more time to work on their mental health, but some are still not dealing with it. Young adults are spending several hours a day on their phones, it is always glued to them. There are apps out there that focus more on journaling and goals, but this app is all in one. It is a way for college students to get involved in the area and meet new people, as well as receive information about stress management. These people are on a budget and can only put so much money towards activities.
User Goals & Success Criteria:
The target outcome would be that people can easily track their stress levels after trying a new physical activity. This is also a space to find activities in their area and find people interested in the same thing. The app will help users stay active, track stress, and meet new people. I would market my app to colleges and larger cities. I would do this by making ads on social media and posters.
Mission:
Allow people to explore their city to find physical activities they enjoy doing while helping them manage their stress.
Vision:
People will use physical activities to not only improve their physical health but also their mental health.

Target Market
What is the target market? - Undergraduate college students ages 18-22.
Who are they? - College students struggling to incorporate exercise into their busy schedules. They are stressed from school and prior responsibilities.
What do we want to know? - How to get young adults to become more involved in healthy activities like exercising? What information do they need to be provided to take steps forward to improving stress? How to bring these students together?
What are their needs? - Sources to learn how to start exercising and a location where they feel comfortable. Steps to improve mental health. Overall, it needs to be cheap so a college student can afford to purchase it. Have someone or meet someone to motivate them.
What needs are not being met? - A tool that informs them of exercises that are all in one space. Motivation is a struggle when no one is pushing them. There is no safe communication space for people to share their stories and connect with others.
