I am in charge of all the requests that come from HR, and I manage their social media account. Their main target audience is 16 – 25-year-olds, so we started the “Capri Career’s - Join Our Team” Facebook Page in 2021. Since starting the page we have grown from 0 followers to 70 and reached _____ people. This page is almost solely organic reach due to the communities’ budgets.
Job & Event Posts
The HR team reaches out with a job or event they would like to promote and include key points they would like to highlight. The turnaround time for these requests is 24 hours. Every month we rotate to a new brand color so the post have some variety.

Each month Capri has a new “enjoy life” theme that has its own design elements. I take the theme and create a post that connects to HR topics and information.
Tips & Tricks
We did a campaign that shares helpful information throughout the interview process. We broke it up into three groups: how to prepare for an interview, how to nail an interview, and what to do after your interview.
